Well I know she looks like she has a weird mutey little arm growing out of her body with a giant hand on it, but that's what ya'll get for wanting to see foreshortening in art! Jk.. about the wanting to see it part. This is an original character of mine named Esperanza aka Michelle Santiago.
FYI I was going for a classic silver age comic heroine pose ala the Ivisible Girl or Marvel Girl.
I see I see. I was trying to go for more of a out directly infront of her foresortening thing... slightly at an angle though. If I could find a pic of what I meant... well then hopefully we wouldn't be having this coversation. But alas i have no such pic.
I know what you were going for. However, her body would need to be facing sideways more for it to come out right. Or, you could just look in the mirror and do your body how you'd like her arm and draw it. . .
